Throughout the last two decades, Wire through its various past lives as an enigmatic basement venue in Leeds has been pivotal to bringing only the finest underground electronic music to the city. Drum & Bass runs through the place’s veins, and it’s been way too long since we’ve all descended those stairs and into the finest subterranean location for a raucous night of heavy bass & only the freshest of beats that the scene has to offer.

We’ve put our heads together and could think of no one better than PHILTH to kick off the proceedings. A producer DJ who cites Wire as one of his favourite venues, PHILTH is a flag bearer for the DNB scene, with an ever expanding back catalogue of unique & infectious music on prolific imprints such as Dispatch Recordings, Integral, CIA and Spearhead. His versatility in his productions is matched by his lively DJ sets, something that we’re all more than ready to jump back into experiencing!
